All middle and high school youth meet regularly on the first Sunday of the month after the late service for food, fun and fellowship.  In addition, the youth have numerous opportunities to participate in service/learning events including:

• Souper Bowl – collect donations for a local charity on Super Bowl Sunday
• Christmas is for Kids – shopping for gifts for local children
• Family Promise meal preparation
• South Carolina Synod Lutheran Youth Retreats
• All-Lutheran National Youth Gathering

Middle School & High School Youth will carry forward some of their favorite activities from last year: topical conversations of faith and life, hikes, bowling, youth led worship service, mystery lunch and silent auction. This group also cooperates with other youth groups in the community for larger gatherings.  Please contact Molly Barrow or Pastor Jon if you would like to be included in the regular emails announcing upcoming activities.

The next National Youth Gathering for the ELCA will be held in New Orleans, LA from July 16-20, 2024, join us for this transformational faith formation event.
